Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) are hazardous materials that can be harmful when exposed by inhalation. MSE can provide the following Asbestos surveys:

• Pre-demolition survey/testing
• Pre-renovation survey/testing
• Real estate transaction pre-purchase survey
• Final clearance Inspection with OSHA re-occupancy sampling.
